Für kurze Zeit wird ein unangenehmer Blick auf die Welt gelegt, in der sich der Mensch immer weniger von der Maschine unterscheiden lässt. Technik übernimmt in der Produktion zunehmend die Rolle des Menschen. Wird der Mensch jedoch seinerseits nicht auch der Maschine immer ähnlicher?

In Wechselwirkung mit dem labyrinthartigen Ort, dem Felix-Nussbaum-Haus, und den Werken des Künstlers, entsteht eine albtraumhafte Umgebung.

Dem Betrachter soll sowohl seine erstaunliche Anpassungsfähigkeit an radikale Umstände, als auch seine passive, voyeuristische Rolle in der Gesellschaft veranschaulicht werden.

For a brief moment, the world, where humans and machines are becoming increasingly indistinguishable, is portrayed in a disturbing light. Technology is steadily taking over the human role in production. But isn’t the human, in turn, also becoming increasingly machine-like?

In interplay with the labyrinthine architecture of the Felix Nussbaum House and the artist’s works, a nightmarish atmosphere emerges.

The aim is to illustrate to the viewer both their astonishing ability to adapt to radical circumstances and their passive, voyeuristic role in society.
